Proudly MADE IN USA, the Model 2000-4TMD-SST from American Mortuary Coolers & Mortuary Equipment is the definitive solution for high-capacity decedent storage. Engineered for durability, sanitation, and ease of use, this four-tier roller rack is an indispensable asset for any modern mortuary, crematory, or funeral home.
Constructed from industrial-grade stainless steel, this rack is built to withstand the heaviest loads while resisting corrosion and simplifying the cleaning process. Unlike traditional steel, our stainless steel construction ensures unparalleled longevity—guaranteeing it will look as good in 20 years as it does today. The frame is expertly welded for maximum strength and features 1.9" gravity-free roller bars that allow for smooth and respectful handling.
Maneuverability is effortless thanks to the heavy-duty, high-impact castors, complete with a robust locking brake system to secure the rack firmly in place. For facilities with challenging access points, our innovative Break Apart / Knock Down design allows the rack to be easily unassembled for transport, storage, or setup in tight spaces where a fully erect model cannot go.

5. Return Policy (Non-Cooler Items Only)

-
5.1. Responsibility for Shipping Costs: For all eligible returns, the customer is solely responsible for all shipping costs. This includes the cost of the original shipment from our facility to you (even if a "free shipping" promotion was applied) and the cost of the return shipment back to our facility. These costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund issued.
-
5.2. Eligibility: American Mortuary Coolers offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible items. To qualify, the item(s) must NOT have been USED or OPENED, and must be in "like-new," resalable condition in the original packaging when returned to our facility.
-
5.3. Return Process: To return an item, you must first contact our support team at 1-888-792-9315 to receive a return authorization code (RA). Returns sent without an RA code will not be accepted.
-
5.4. Refund Calculation: All shipping costs for the returned item(s) are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Once the item is received and inspected for damages, we will calculate the refund. The refund amount is the original purchase price, LESS the following:
-
The actual shipping cost we incurred to send the item to you (this applies even to "free shipping" promotions; a copy of the freight invoice will be provided).
-
A restocking fee of $50 or 25% of the purchase price, whichever is greater.
-
A 3% credit card processing fee.
-
The cost of any damages incurred to the returned item(s), if applicable.
-
Refunds will be mailed to the buyer in the form of a check.
-
Example: A buyer paid $850 for an item. Our cost to ship the item was $100. The item was returned with no damages. The refund would be $537.50. Calculation: $850 (Original Price) - $100 (Our Shipping Cost) - $212.50 (25% Restocking Fee) = $537.50.
-
5.5. Exclusions: The 30-day money-back guarantee is NOT offered for:
-
Items purchased at a reduced or sale price.
-
Bulk orders (defined as 4 or more individual items).

Any items built to a unique specification per the buyer's instruction (custom orders).
